Non-stop train between Stockholm Arlanda Airport (stations Arlanda South and Arlanda North) and Stockholm Central Station in about 18 minutes, running several times per hour from early morning to late night. Tickets are cashless and can be bought online, at machines or ticket counters at Stockholm Central and the airport.

SL Commuter Train Line 40 (Pendeltåg)

SL commuter trains on line 40 run from Arlanda Central Station in SkyCity (between Terminals 4 and 5) to Stockholm City Station/Central in about 38–40 minutes, generally twice per hour from early morning until around midnight. A special station supplement applies on top of the regular SL fare for trips via Arlanda C.

Flygbussarna Arlanda–Stockholm Cityterminalen

Airport coaches branded Flygbussarna run between all Arlanda terminals (including Terminal 5) and Stockholm Cityterminalen next to Stockholm Central Station in about 45–50 minutes. Buses operate roughly 03:00–22:00 with departures about every 10 minutes at busy times and every 15–30 minutes early morning, evenings and late at night.

SJ Regional / Mälartåg via Arlanda C to Stockholm Central

Some SJ regional and Mälartåg long-distance trains stop at Arlanda Central Station (SkyCity) and continue to Stockholm Central Station in roughly 20–25 minutes. Services are less frequent than Arlanda Express or SL commuter trains and fares are separate from SL tickets, but can be useful if times align.

Licensed Taxi from Stockholm Arlanda to Stockholm City

Metered taxis from clearly marked official taxi ranks outside each terminal run on-demand to central Stockholm in around 35–45 minutes depending on traffic. Several companies offer fixed-price deals to the inner city; passengers should confirm the fixed fare with the driver before departure.
